Фінансовий механізм виступає одним із найдієвіших важелів впливу на діяльність хлібопекарської галузі. На підставі аналізу фінансового механізму хлібопекарської галузі розглянуто методи його дослідження та вдосконалення діяльності. Проаналізовано ціноутворення на хліб, розраховано обсяг дотацій малозабезпеченим верствам населення з урахуванням раціональної норми споживання при впровадженні ринкових цін. Проведено аналіз зростання собівартості хліба в результаті дії окремих факторів. Найбільший вплив на собівартість мало зростання цін на борошно та енергоносії. Досліджено чинники фінансового впливу на результати господарської діяльності хлібопекарської галузі, які показали, що найбільшу частку втрат за статтями консолідованих балансів складають непрямі податки та значне зростання кредиторської заборгованості. Дослідження показали, що консолідований баланс галузі є низьколіквідним, коефіцієнт абсолютної ліквідності значно нижче нормативного. Запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення фінансового механізму хлібопекарської галузі.
In Ukraine the baking industry has accumulated a lot of problems that need urgent solutions: losses of enterprises, reduced production, depreciation of fixed assets and others. When solving them one of the most effective means to influence the activity field is acting financial mechanism. The aim of the article is to analyze the Ukrainian bakery branch financial data on the basis of research financial mechanism and improvement ways of its development. There were researched bread prices and volume of subsidy for poor people in comparison with rational norm in inculcation the market price. Increasing of bread value was analyzed with influence of some factors. The most valuable of them were flour and electricity prices. Enormous taxation and increase of credit debts caused the biggest financial problems in bakery enterprises nowadays. The current researches show that real profitless in this branch is higher than theoretical data. Research shows that the consolidated balance of the branch is a low-liquidity one, and the absolute liquidity ratio is considerably below normative value. The ways of developing bakery branch financial mechanism are introduced. These include the introduction of market prices for products with simultaneous payment of subsidies to the poor, support the industry through the mechanism of cheaper loans, tax break; accumulation of VAT at the disposal of enterprises for technical re-equipment will improve the financial situation of enterprises free access to financial resources and timely payments for finished products to retail chains.
