Розглянуто сучасні економічні процеси в Україні як ключовий чинник розвитку для більшості підприємств. Проаналізовано інноваційний потенціал Тернопільського регіону за трьома складовими: інноваційна діяльність підприємств, фінансування інноваційної діяльності, напрями інноваційних витрат підприємств регіону. Встановлено, що інноваційна діяльність є комплексом економічних, технічних, правових, соціальних заходів, спрямованих на розроблення, використання та впровадження інноваційних процесів з метою досягнення економічних та соціальних ефектів. Розглянуто приклад розвинених країн при формуванні ефективної регіональної інвестиційної політики. Зазначено, що малі підприємства доцільно розглядати як повноцінні суб’єкти розвитку, на базі якого реалізуються інновації.
This paper examines the modern economic processes in Ukraine as a key factor in the development of most businesses. The innovative potential of the Ternopil region is analyzed according to three components: innovation activity of enterprises, innovation activity financing, outlines of innovation expenditures at the enterprises of the region. It is stated that the innovation potential of the company identifies opportunities and depth of innovative changes, and depending on its size and quality condition the coverage of certain stages of the innovation cycle is determined. Innovative activity is a complex of economic, technical, legal and social measures aimed at the development, use and implementation of innovative processes to achieve economic and social effects. An example of developed countries when forming effective regional investment policy is regarded. It is noted that small businesses should be considered as full subjects on the basis of which the innovation is implemented. The key integrative role in shaping the innovation potential of industry of Ukraine belongs to the state, which is the can use system economic instruments of state influence. It is important not to underestimate the effectiveness of regional policy, which directly implements innovative investment projects at the regional level. It is impossible to achieve the goals of innovation development in modern conditions, such as increased competition in the domestic and foreign markets without an adequate mechanism for their implementation. Enhancing of innovation development is one of the most important factors of survival of domestic entities in tough competition. Thus the innovative capacity is a prerequisite for the successful implementation of strategies to increase their effectiveness.
