Розглянуто методологічні підходи до формування ефективної системи управління стратегічного потенціалу підприємств. Досліджено, що з переходом від традиційної до інноваційної моделі розвитку галузей і підприємств доля механізмів державного регулювання в забезпеченні реалізації програм повинна підвищуватися. Проведено аналіз останніх досліджень і публікацій, що висвітлені в економічній літературі з питань розвитку системи управління. Розкрито теоретичні положення системного, функціонального, комплексного підходів до формування: структур управління, методів управління, механізмів господарювання, інформаційно-комп’ютерних технологій, управління функціональними підсистемами та ризиками
The article represents methodological approaches to formation of the effective management system of the enterprise’s strategic potential. The transition from the traditional to the innovative model of development of industries and enterprises is studied; it is proved that the shares of state regulation mechanisms to ensure the implementation of programs should rise. The analysis of recent researches and publications found in the economic literature on the development of the control system is conducted. The aspects of theoretical positioning system, functional and integrated approaches to formation of governance structure, management, machinery management, ICT, functional subsystems and control risks are revealed. System studies and methodological approaches to the system management capabilities that are adaptively evolving are described. The authors describe the new problems of theoretical, methodological and practical guidance that need to be resolved in connection with volatile market environment, the transition to an innovative model of development of the national economy. It is proved that in competitive and dynamic business development the effectiveness may be achieved through the development of all functional management subsystems. A set of strategies to improve the efficiency of balance and lowering risk is given.
