Розглянуто роль мотивації праці в забезпеченні інноваційного розвитку підприємства. З’ясовано сутність основних теоретичних підходів до мотивації працівників та їх можливості в мотивації інноваційної активності. Визначено провідні мотиви професійної діяльності для розуміння можливостей застосування основних мотиваційних теорій до підвищення інноваційної активності персоналу. Проведено аналіз формування системи мотивації на ряді промислових підприємств Тернополя. З’ясовано, що існуючий механізм мотивації не враховує такі важливі мотиви професійної творчості, як мотиви самореалізації, матеріальні та моральні стимули не повною мірою сприяють підвищенню інноваційної активності працівників досліджуваних підприємств. Визначено основні шляхи покращення процесу формування системи мотивації, що включають необхідність здійснення постійного моніторингу міри задоволення потреб працівників, оцінювання існуючих інструментів з позицій формування, розширення форм та методів навчання працівників, у т.ч. із використанням дистанційної освіти.
The role of work motivation in providing the innovative enterprise development is regarded. The essence of the basic theoretical approaches to employees’ motivation and their ability to motivate the innovation activity is studied. Leading motives of professional activity to understand the basic features of application of motivational theories to enhance staff’s innovative activity are defined. The author provides the analysis of the formation of the motivation for a number of industrial enterprises in Ternopil. It is found that the existing mechanism of motivation involves some important reasons for professional creativity, as self- motivation motives; material and moral incentives do not fully contribute to the employees’ innovation activities of the surveyed enterprises. The main ways of improving the process of formation of motivation system, including the need for continuous monitoring of measures to meet the needs of employees, evaluation of existing tools from the standpoint of creation, extension methods for staff training, including distance education are determined. The author conducts the comparative characteristics between negative and positive aspects of motivation in organizations including the strengths and weaknesses of both industrial and human activity. Based on the personnel management system, new and innovative principles by which the development of an organization with the use of adaptive conditions and motivational factors occurs are displayed. Through motivation identified key vertical interaction of employees with micro and macro enterprises. The basic verticals of formation of innovative methods due to tangible and intangible factors are given. On the basis of substantial and procedural theories of motivation primary and secondary needs of workers are delineated. The employees’ active behavior taking into consideration the adaptation conditions at the enterprise and business conditions in general is analyzed.
