Досліджено механізм монетарної трансмісії. Проаналізовано роль кредитних відносин у забезпеченні динамічного розвитку реального сектора України, а також сучасне трактування економічної сутності механізму монетарної трансмісії. Визначено види кредитного каналу монетарного трансмісійного механізму. Особливу увагу приділено впливу каналу банківського кредитування на динаміку економічного розвитку України. Обґрунтовано особливості кредитних відносин, які виникають за участі кредитних установ. Шляхом дослідження впливу розширення або звуження обсягів кредитних ресурсів на динаміку економічного розвитку обґрунтовано ефективність монетарних інструментів державного регуляторного впливу.
This article investigates the monetary transmission mechanism. The aim of the article lies in the determination of destabilization causes of credit relations in the country and in the grounding of influence reduction directions on functioning of credit market as well as on the actual sector of Ukraine’s economics. Organizational problems of credit relations in Ukraine have been researched, aspects of credit channel of Ukrainian model of monetary transmission mechanism have been determined, mechanism of public administration of sustained economical development has been offered based on stabilization of financial and credit relations. The role of credit relations for ensuring the dynamic development of the real sector of Ukraine is analyzed. As the result of investigation those causes were distinguished which determine the direction of credit relations and the amounts of used accumulated credit resources which are formed under the influence of market influence mechanisms. The modern interpretation of economic essence of the monetary transmission mechanism has been analyzed. The types of credit channel of monetary transmission mechanism have been defined. Particular attention is paid to the impact of bank lending channel on the dynamics of economic development of Ukraine. The peculiarities of credit relations arising from the participation of credit institutions have been substantiated. By means of study of the influence of expansion or restriction of credit resources on the dynamics of economic development, the author proves the effectiveness of monetary instruments of state regulatory impact. The determination of credit relations’ change under the influence of state regulation instruments serves as perspectives for the further development.
