Розглянуто сутність поняття фінансової стратегії підприємства як одного із елементів фінансової стабільності підприємства в сучасних економічних умовах. Описано головні завдання фінансової стратегії підприємства. Досліджено, що фінансова стратегія включає методи та практику формування фінансових ресурсів, їх планування та забезпечення фінансової стійкості підприємства за ринкових умов господарювання, а також охоплює всі форми фінансової діяльності підприємства: оптимізацію основних та оборотних засобів, формування та розподіл прибутку, грошові розрахунки, інвестиційну політику. Відображено характерні риси фінансової стратегії підприємства. Зазначено, що фінансова стратегія узгоджується із загальною стратегією підприємства та є чинником забезпечення його ефективного функціонування та фінансового розвитку в майбутньому. Обґрунтовано основні етапи процесу розроблення та формування фінансової стратегії підприємства.
The essence of the concept of the financial strategy of the company as one of the elements of the financial stability of the company in the current economic environment. It is noted that the financial stability of the enterprise is closely linked to its ability to pay, that its analysis helps identify financial resources on a relevant term. Indeed, one of the important elements of financial stability of the enterprise serves its financial strategy. Determined that the financial strategy of the company – is the formation of long-term financial goals of the company and the choice of the most effective ways to achieve them. Presented financial strategy as part of an overall strategy of the company. We describe the main tasks of the financial strategy. Investigated the financial strategy includes methods and practice of financial resources, their planning and ensure financial viability for the market conditions, and covers all forms of financial activity: basic and optimization of working capital, creation and distribution of profits, cash payments, investment policy. Displaying characteristics of financial strategy. Indicated that financial strategy consistent with the overall strategy of the enterprise and is a factor in ensuring its effective operation and financial development in the future. Also, fully taking into account the financial resources of enterprises, objectively assessing the nature of the internal and external factors, financial strategy ensures that the financial and economic capacity of the enterprise to the conditions prevailing in the commodity and financial markets. Posted reasonably and milestones of the development and formation of the financial strategy of the company, namely: 1) an overall financial strategy formation period, 2) the formation of strategic goals and objectives of the strategy, 3) specification developed strategy for the period of its implementation, and 4) development of financial policy for areas of financial activity, and 5) evaluating the effectiveness of the development strategy of the parameters, 6) monitoring and coordinating financial strategy.
